Her leadership spans the global finance, manufacturing, technology, and consumer goods sectors—where she has consistently led enterprise-wide HR transformations and pioneered forward-thinking programs in leadership development, compensation, change management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
In her past roles, Angeles led key diversity and inclusion initiatives at 84 Lumber Company, ensuring their expansion into Mexico and Canada was grounded in inclusive, culturally intelligent practices. As Assistant Vice President and Officer at JPMorgan, she championed global DEI initiatives that spanned continents, driving transformative change and embedding inclusive leadership across complex, international structures.

Her work in DEI has transformed organizational culture, increased senior-level representation, and elevated employer brand recognition across global markets.
As the driving force behind the expansion of the Texas Diversity Council into a national and international powerhouse, Angeles led the organization through its most impactful phase—reaching over 800 organizations worldwide. Under her leadership, the Women in Leadership program scaled to over 100 cities in countries including Mexico, the UK, UAE, France, and Canada, impacting more than 2 million participants. She also spearheaded the launch of the National Diversity Council’s Certification Program, the Emerging Leaders Program, and a host of other strategic initiatives that propelled the Council to unprecedented levels of success and influence.
Valenciano's impact extends beyond the corporate sphere into charitable and civic leadership. She is deeply committed to driving social change and fostering meaningful global dialogue. This commitment was recently exemplified in her keynote address at the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she engaged international audiences on leadership and inclusive excellence. A prolific speaker, she has delivered over 400 keynotes, executive presentations, and panel discussions on human capital, excellence, and leadership. These experiences inspired her to author her book in English and Spanish Ana’s Wisdom: Leadership Recipes, a leadership development tool used by executive women leaders in organizations such as Toyota Mexico.
A visionary and servant leader, Angeles grounds her leadership in trust, empathy, and continuous learning. Her strategic foresight and operational agility consistently enable organizations to adapt, thrive, and outperform in today’s competitive, fast-changing landscape.
In addition to her corporate and nonprofit board service, Angeles has been featured in the Forbes Women’s Highlights Issue and remains a sought-after voice on inclusive leadership, organizational transformation, and innovation-driven impact. Her guiding philosophy:
“The best leaders are those most committed to growth—not just in others, but in themselves. Servant leadership begins where ego ends, and trust begins.”
